Here we share a delicious delight, that's super easy to make, tastes scrumptious and IS good for you...
Chocolate Chia Pots
Gluten Free and Dairy Free..
3/4 cup of almond milk
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt
1 teaspoon of cacao
Dash of vanilla
1 tablespoon of honey, maple or rice malt syrup
Mix all ingredients ( I put in a jar) and shake away till all ingredients are mixed really well.
Place in fridge till set.
Top with berries, granola and toasted coconut.
So now you can eat chocolate any time of the day!!! Enjoy...
